Terms and Conditions

Place your order as soon as you know your renting specifics or up to 7 days prior to your stay.

You will be required to know your rental address and vacation dates when ordering.

Payment is expected at time of purchase. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Prices are per week.

Delivery and pick up is Saturday only. If this does not work for you, please call 216-650-3966 and we will do our best to accommodate.

Once your order is complete, you will be emailed a summary of your order. One will also be included in your delivery so you can check it against your delivery items.

Lakeside Linen Supply currently only offers free delivery to Lakeside, Ohio as well as the Marblehead Peninsula.

We do offer PICK UP AND DROP OFF ONLY for vacationers heading to Kelly’s Island or Put-in-Bay. Our office is conveniently located in downtown Marblehead on Rt. 163 just across the street from The Galley Restaurant parking lot. Please call with order. 216-650-3966.

When your order is received, please check to make sure it is as expected. You will find a summary of your order in the pocket in the laundry bag. If we do not hear from you by noon the following day, we will assume all is as expected. If not, please call 216-650-3966 and we will do our best to make it right.

Upon Departure, remove all Lakeside Linen Supply sheets and pillowcases from beds, sofas and cribs. Collect all Lakeside Linen Supply bath towels, beach towels, kitchen towels, and bath mats. Place all items back in the laundry bag your order came in. NO NEED TO LAUNDER!

Place the bag outside your property by 9:30 am rain or shine. We will pick them up from there. If you need to leave on an earlier date, please call 216-650-3966 and we will arrange for a pick up.

Normal wear and tear is expected. However, a replacement charge may be incurred due to loss or excessive damage.
