How do I order?

Ordering and payment is easy with our secure, online website. You will need to the bed sizes and quanities of your linens at the time of ordering. You will also need to provide the date of your arrival and departure as well as vacation rental address. All prices are based on weekly rental.

When should I place my order?

It is best to place your order as soon as you book your vacation rental. However, we will take reservations up to 7 days in advance of your stay. Last minute orders may be accommodated if supply allows and delivery is available.

Where does Lakeside Linen Supply deliver?

We deliver within the gates of Lakeside, Ohio, as well as the Marblehead peninsula. Currently we do not deliver to the Lake Erie islands.

What if I need to cancel or modify my order?

Just call or text us your change of plans and we will make every effort to accommodate. There is no charge for last minute cancellations. Full payment will be mailed back via USPS.

What if I need to leave early?

Please call or text 216-650-3966 as soon as you know you are leaving early. On your new day of departure, please follow normal day of departure guidelines by leaving linens in laundry bag outside your vacation rental. We will arrange for an early pick up.

How do I care for Lakeside Linen Supply linens?

You do not need to launder the linens, however, if you need to please do not wash with dark colors.
Normal wear and tear is expected and will not incur any additional charges
Loss or excessive wear & tear may result in a reasonable replacement charge.
